Faux Pas Syndrome

Howdy everyone.

Once again, I seem to have developed a serious case of the nothingness. Yesterday, I got a little queezy due to the extreme heat conditions in the area. We topped a little over 100 degrees, minus heat indexes yesterday. Yikes!

School starts this Thursday. Yay.....I guess.....Well, it will be cool at first, but it'll get old soon. The worst part is I am paying for everything for now, which is weird. I am paying to wake up early, get lectured, get classwork, get homework, and so on. So as per usual on here, during the school year I won't be blogging near as much, yadda yadda.

Anyone familliar with faux pas? Well, I seem to be the type who tries to avoid those at all costs, sometimes too much. For example, yesterday, in the heat, we only had one cart pusher at Wall*Mart, and I could be like the next guy saying "It sure is hot out here." No duh, Columbo. I was pushing stupid carts for 3 years, and I didn't like it. I have loftier ambitions for work. Anyways, digressing along, I was trying to think of something to say without sounding like everyone else, which in my opinion, is faux pas. I have been told by a few that one of my better qualities is that I try not to ask the obvious questions. For example, if someone gets a hair cut, its obvious. How many times must someone hear the question, "Did you get you hair cut/ears lowered?"? If that was me receiving those, I'd get irritated halfway through the day. I might allude to their hair, but not just point the obvious. Anyways, so what to tell the poor outdoor cart pusher. I thanked him for the carts, and had a short conversation, sans anything about heat. It works people. Try it. You might be suprised.

I got the first season of "Psych" yesterday, and boy oh boy, it was way to good. Pretty much on the same tier as "Monk". My new favorite thing to say is "Did you see the constellations last night? Yeah, I did. I saw 'Monkey with a Rash'". Heh. I forgot the others, but watch the show. It is witty as well as hilarious.

Heroes dvd in a week and two days. Sweetness!

The Lapster better be back next week. Last I checked, it would be here by Wednesday. Talk about cutting it close.

I'm still listening to "Welcome to the Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance. I don't know why, but that song is just neat.

Please go to and help get those guys off my back about posting. I am in the top ten posters, sheesh.

I better get moving on to church. I am the song leader this morning, plus we have our singing tonight, so I have to pick out several songs. Odd. I was uncomfortable with public speaking, singing solo years ago, but now I am getting more comfortable with it. Maybe its due to me doing it on nearly a weekly basis, but it might be because I am around people I have known my whole life. I used to suck at this stuff, seriously, guys. I think I am getting better though, with my presentations at school and such. Maybe there is hope for this moron after all!

Ok ok ok, I am going to church, sheesh ;).

Take care and have a groovy time.

One last Twet for the day. I took off the last layer of pants and underwear and put my jogging shorts on for sleepy time. Night everyone!

@BobMarley Your songs sound like a wailing hippie that is being killed by a grumbling acid tripper.
