Wii Are Finally Here

This is seriously the last entry that should involve the Wii wait, possibly, depending on if I get one tonight. IF not, then you'll hear even more from me XD. Ok, now for a non-report like entry about the mysterious Wii.

Wii is a video game console that is innovative and awesome to the hilt. Here are some more puns for ya...

Wiishing you a happy new year
Wii Wii, says the French
Wii love you
Wii want a revolution
Wiid eater
Wii-ping openly
And oh so many more......

Now why do I want one? Here is the list of stuffs why:

First, the contollers are wireless and infared sensored, meaning that they detect movement in 360 degrees. So you can literally swing your controller like a sword or tennis racket. Its a console that will make you want to get up and move. How cool is that?

Second, games are my favorites. Seriously, whats better then Mario or Zelda franchises. I grew up with them and will probably die with them. Did that sound as martyry as I thought it sounded?

Third, two words, Virtual Console. What does that mean to you? It means this htings is completely backwards compatable! Not only can it plat Wii games and Gamecube games, but you can download (at a price though) several games of old, like NES games like "Solomons Key", SNES, N64, Segas Genisis, and TurboGrafix 16. How Uberific is that?

Fourth, internet connectivity. This will also be key in "Super Smash Bros. Brawl". You can use Nintendo's Wifi network (You need at least DSL and best to use a wireless router) and connect with people. There will be the Opera web browser, Mii communities, Web boards, and other stuff. You can play games similar to the DS wireless network, which had been oodles of fun for Mario Kart DS. Just thinking about KO'ing people in France makes me....um...too excited? (Not that the French WOULD be much of a challenge....)

Ok, that sums up the console itself. What about games? Well.....

Zelda: Twilight Princess is the next games in the geberation of Zelda games, and from what I can tell, the graphics are beyond extreme, and if gameplay is as awexome as it sounds, it'll easily be my next major videogame I tackle. Puzzles, fighting, and most important, monkies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Man.

So my fellow gamers, I hope to return at 1 am tomorrow a Wii bit richer (didn't say I'd stop all puns) and then I can focus on other things in my life, like school. only 12 hours remain. Wii-sh me luck!
