Oh yeah, I've also taken on the morbid task of watching the various network's live handling of the events of September 11th, 2001. I've been watching, reliving how I felt when I found out about the tragedy that day. I think its important to not forget. I'm not one to muddle in the past, but I think watching the first couple of hours of coverage should be required of anyone who is vaguely considering getting into the journalism field. I don't have an interest myself, but I just want to find out who had the best and most accurate coverage between all the networks at the time. Again, I have no good reason for this. I do this from time to time. I think it stemmed from a 60 Minutes article I saw on Sunday about the 1906 San Francisco earthquake and footage prior to that catastrophe. I thought that 9/11 has been the most significant tragedy of our time and I just felt like reviewing the facts and fiction as it came on the air.
Then my Hetalia Axis Powers DVDs came in and I've been busy with those.
