Work aside, I want to thank Erin for being there for me.
Ok, now to business. I hope some of this stuff is coprehensible for you guys. I went to a waste water treatmeant plant Thursday. It's where my ELT teacher works. And yes, it stunk. I bet they get paid big bucks there though. The methne flame was interesting though. Maybe its my inner pyro? Erin, what do you think?
Some people do not believe in hope. I mean at all. I nearly became one of those people after the extremely extremely sucky weekend, but something changed my mind. Daniel, one of the men we have preach at my church, did a sermon on guess what, hope. I want everyone who reads this ti think about the word "hope" for a second, whether it is in a religious context or not. I mean, it exists, right? I think hope is a major part of our lives, whether we realize it or not. Think about this example. Some scientists were using rats (imagine that ;)) in an experiment. They stuck several rats in a tube of water. The rats lasted 3 and a half hours. The next day they used the same type of rats in the same tube. After 2 and a half hours, the scientist saved the rats from drowning. The next day they put the same rats in the same tube. They survived for over two days. 3 and a half hours compared to 2+ days....hmmm......
I guess that's all for now. I hope you got the jest of this entry.
